We offer occupational therapy services using insurance benefits (Arkansas only) and private pay (Arkansas, Washington, and Ohio).
A physican’s order is required for all clients regardless of payor source or client’s location.

Insurance Accepted
Arkansas Only — Accepting and In-Network with Arkansas BlueCross BlueShield.
Before beginning services, we will contact your insurance company to verify your insurance coverage is active.
You are responsible for contacting your insurance company to understand your policy’s coverage for occupational therapy services and your financial responsibility (co-pay, co-insurance, and deductibles). Not all insurance policies cover occupational therapy services.
Out-Of-Network
Client pays therapist the full fee directly out of pocket and the insurance company may reimburse the client directly depending on their plan. Some insurance policies do not offer any out-of-network benefits, while others offer nearly full coverage for out-of-network therapy services. Client is responsible for checking their policy benefits. Therapist can provide a SuperBill upon request to submit for reimbursement.
All co-pays and private payment due at the time of service.
We use Ivy Pay, a HIPAA-secure mobile app, to collect all fees.
For Private Pay and Out-Of-Network clients, we can provide a SuperBill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement upon your request. We cannot guarantee that all services will be reimbursed.
